Key Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge and experience in any field, no prior financial services experience necessary.
  • A strong desire to enter the dynamic world of financial services and develop a rewarding career in the industry.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive and positive personality.
  • Ability to start within 23 weeks, if not earlier.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a willingness to learn and grow in Excel competency.
  • Enthusiastic about being part of a team, contributing to office team building, and engaging with clients.
  • Passionate about problemsolving and open to learning from experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with senior partners, associate advisors, and other team members to deliver highquality financial services and client engagement outcomes.
  • Assist senior management with monthly client communication content and track inquiries via web and social media channels.
  • Contribute to our brandbuilding and client referral objectives.
  • Provide assistance in premeeting preparation, including vetting client files and preparing meeting agendas and workflows.
  • Liaise with our financial service suppliers and other affiliated business professionals.
  • Offer ongoing support to the team with ad hoc administration and client service tasks during busy and timecritical periods.
  • Assist and participate in adviser/client meetings to gain handson experience.
  • Support other team members with troubleshooting and actively participate in team meetings.

Working Remotely?
Initially, the role is predominantly onsite, but flexibility may be considered after meeting the required team benchmarks.

COVID-19 considerations:

All clients entering the building are required to QR code in and wear a mask. Reception will also ask if the person has recently visited a COVID-19 hotspot. Our office environment has a COVID-safe plan, QR code system, and maintains social distancing within the office limits.

Qualification:

  • You will be enrolled in a Certificate IV in Financial Services, please note this position is for individuals who do not hold qualifications in finance already.

Experience:

  • Only Basic knowledge and experience in any admin & financial services field (required).


To be eligible for an apprenticeship or traineeship you must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or have full working rights.
