About the role
We currently have an opportunity for a
Systems Support - Education Officer to be part of Technology Command.

The System Support - Training Officer is responsible for the delivery of Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) education services and provides quality advice and support to the front line commands and specialist units including PoliceLink and Radio Operations Group.

The role has a specific focus on the education and training needs of all staff, ensuring compliance with mandatory and other training needs.

This position is based at Dawn Fraser Avenue, Sydney Olympic Park.

It is under the Police CAD Business Support Unit supporting police dispatch and telephony systems with more than 20k users.
