We're looking for a Business Support and WHS Manager with experience in a professional services environment to join our Melbourne team on a Full Time basis.

This position plays an essential role in the smooth and efficient running of our Business Support Services team and our Australian Offices.

Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a corporate/professional services environment ideally over multiple sites and leading a team.
  • Ability to manage small projects, taking responsibility for tasks and see them through to successful completion.
  • Equivalent experience or qualified at Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety or higher.
  • Experience in supervising, training and motivating a smalldispersed team.

Skills & Responsibilities

  • Work with Coordinators to be accountable for the maintenance of buildings, office moves, ergonomic assessments and supporting employee's inoffice experience
  • Be accountable for ensuring DCC is compliant with all state and countrywide workplace OHS requirements and that DCC are appropriately managing their responsibilities in this area.
  • Monitor OHS risks as well as manage sitespecific risk registers and coordinate the firm WHS risk assessment programme.
  • Be accountable for matters relating to property, utilities and security across all DCC offices.
  • Consider the business' carbon footprint and continually improve sustainable practices
  • Be accountable for the Business Support Services budgeting, property and facilitates costs.
