The Role: We are seeking an energetic and hardworking Senior Property Manager to work Monday to Friday. You'll manage a clean and organised portfolio with the support of your own dedicated assistant. Key responsibilities include:

  • Liaising effectively with landlords and tenants
  • Managing rental arrears
  • Completing outgoing condition reports
  • Conducting regular rent and lease reviews
  • Working towards KPI
  • No accounts
  • No leasing
  • No ingoings or routine inspections

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous Property Management experience is essential
  • Current Certificate of Registration, own car, and driver's license
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Strong presentational skills
  • Self-motivated and a team player
