Your day to day:


With a key focus on customer and clinical excellence, you will work within the Brisbane, QLD sales team to provide sales, technical and clinical support activities to surgeons and medical professionals within the public and private hospital operating theatre setting to ensure optimal patient outcomes across our sports medicine portfolio.


You will work alongside your loyal and collaborative sales team to successfully drive above market sales growth and build continued success for Arthrex.

Your product portfolio will include Sports Medicine, Distal Extremities, Orthobiologics and more.


You will build and cultivate relationships with customers and work closely with the broader Sales, Product Management and Operations teams with touch points across the whole business in order to service your customers.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, your day to day will incorporate a range of activities which include:
Executing against the ANZ commercial strategy and associated tactical plans on a territory level

Achieving agreed annual sales targets by managing/developing existing customers and converting prospective ones

Providing clinical theatre support and in-servicing for your customers

Creating territory sales plans to achieve target and track and monitor sales performance against target on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis

Positioning yourself as an expert across the Arthrex portfolio and explain how our solutions align with customers pain points

Managing customers' needs and expectations within territory

Actively supporting tenders and the management of private hospital groups within defined territory

Overseeing the performance of key accounts within sales territory

Ensuring successful product launch in territory by mapping out leads and actively converting them


Whether you are an experienced medical devices sales professional, or an Allied Health professional, pharmaceutical rep or Nurse looking to break into the commercial devices industry, we welcome your interest.

You love to learn, you're passionate and driven to achieving optimal results and patient outcomes. Anatomy and physiology is a key strength of yours and you understand the importance of team work. Integrity, trust and customer excellence are naturally engrained in you.

You will likely also relate to the following:
Previous orthopaedic or similarly related sales experience, with a proven track record of successful sales achievement OR

Scrub/Scout Nurses, Physio's and other Allied Health professionals seeking entry into the medical device sales industry

A natural desire to go above and beyond with the view of delivering exceptional clinical outcomes for your clinicians and patients alike

Strong understanding of anatomy and physiology

Bachelor's degree in business, life science or a related healthcare area is strongly preferred.

Strong focus on customer service delivery

Results-driven, tenacious & motivated

Sense of ownership and pride in personal and company performance

Work well within a team environment

Excellent communication, rapport-building skills, and the ability to influence

Willingness to work outside of standard business hours as required

Current drivers' license and willingness to travel as required

IT skills and expertise or at least an intermediate level
