In this role you will support the improvement of the digital experience, creation, and sustainment of a market-leading brand image.

You Will

  • Develop and drive innovative global paid digital strategy in partnership with wider marketing team and key external vendors.
  • Manage execution of campaigns through our paid digital assets, including third party agencies on ad creative, performance improvements and budget allocations.
  • Actively manage paid media across search, social, affiliates, display, programmatic, retargeting networks, including daily optimisation in line with the marketing calendar.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders and founders to ensure strategy is in line with brand vision and goals and is locally relevant.
  • Proactively identifying digital innovations and channels to keep Lorna Jane at the forefront of new opportunities.
  • Manage the relationships with external agencies to ensure they are exceeding expectations.
About You

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing (or Similar).
  • Minimum of three years digital marketing experience preferably within the retail industry.
  • Expert understanding of building and implementing digital campaigns across SEM, paid social, remarketing and affiliates.
  • Strong analytical skills and datadriven thinking.
  • High attention to detail & impeccable time management skills.
  • Ability to consistently create and embrace change.
  • Customer focus and service mindset.
