About this opportunity:


This is a great opportunity for you to join a supportive team and get the chance to lead the review of all of WesCEF's HRIS and offer suggestions on how to deliver improved customer experience and efficiency.

You will also be involved in leading data and analytics tasks to assist in creating solutions with a people focus.


  • Other responsibilities will involve:_
  • Drive a continuous improvement culture.
  • Support Development of HR system strategy and architecture.
  • Provide meaningful documentation for analytical solutions.
  • Provide in depth data analysis.
  • Develop regular reports as required for Senior Management meetings.
  • Work with various stakeholders to gather imperative business requirements.
  • Evaluate and develop new opportunities and business systems.
  • Provide recommendations on appropriate tools and technical for analysis.
  • Develop the project management plan for implementation of system upgrades.

What you bring:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Systems or Human Resources or experience in a similar role.
  • Previous exposure to HCM, Payroll or Time & Attendance.
  • Knowledge in SQL or other querying language.
  • Strong knowledge in report development.
  • Experience in Power BI, Microsoft Reporting Services, Microsoft Server Integration Services.
