Finance Manager, Business Lending

Job Description

In the Business Lending department, our goal is to provide an exceptional lending experience for our business clients, contributing to the overall objective of Helping Australians Succeed. By supporting the Head of Finance and the wider team, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and valuable financial reports to drive the financial goals of the department. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for this role.

Requirements:

  • Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent are advantageous.
  • Expertise in financial management including balance sheet, revenue, expenses, and financial processes.
  • Strong background in stakeholder management and collaborative work.
  • Detailed understanding of key business drivers and performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in modeling and analytical skills.
  • Experience with IBM TM1 system is a plus.
