As a People and Culture Partner you will report to the Chief People Officer and support the Product, Technology and Finance teams with generalist HR support

This is an exciting time to join the People and Culture team at Humanforce, we have a big hairy audacious goal that we are striving for and a lot of cool projects in the pipeline to support your development

  • Provided day to day business partnering support to our leaders and team members
  • Facilitated a workshop to drive the implementation of our new organisational values
  • Acted as an employee relations guru
  • Supported the planning and implementation of cyclical employee experience activities such as the remuneration review, performance motivation process, engagement survey, talent management process
  • Used our internal instance of intelliHR or reviewed our engagement survey to analyse data and trends
  • Acted as team player on key change initiatives such as organisational design and postmerger integration activities
  • Used your coaching skills to support leaders to enhance our leadership capability

Requirements:

About you

  • We're looking for someone with outstanding HR knowledge and the ability to build strong relationships
  • Walking the talk is super important to you you'll love being hands on and working independently but also working alongside your team to get the job done.
  • You will look outside the square and question the status quo we're moving towards a contemporary and modern approach to HR
  • You'll be comfortable with change, resilient and can manage multiple priorities and projects like a pro
  • Someone who doesn't get bogged down in policy and procedure we hate bureaucracy and overly complex HR functions
  • Someone with excellent stakeholder engagement skills we need to get everyone onboard and listen to our stakeholders needs
  • Experience in the technology sector is an advantage.
