Your Mission:


We want to make Property Managers and Tenants' lives easier, giving them more time to relax and enjoy the home they live in, or have more of the important face to face conversations that gets more people their dream home.

This role partners with our leaders to manage the elements across the employee lifecycle. This role works closely with the leadership team to deliver people strategies that support our business goals.

  • An experience People & Culture Business Partner with knowledge of Australian and New Zealand employment laws and regulations
  • A planner, able to logically think through processes with a good eye for detail

This role will:

  • Manage and continuously improve elements across the employee lifecycle through our established HRIS, BambooHR recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, surveys
  • Facilitate smooth, personalised and warm onboarding and offboarding experiences
  • Support the Talent Acquisition Specialist in identifying and scoping roles, supporting workforce planning
  • Oversee the design and implementation of learning and development strategies to ensure employees have the skills to succeed in their roles and careers
  • Be the custodian of our benefits offering, salary review and remuneration benchmarking
  • Develop performance management processes
  • Analyse HR data to identify trends and make recommendations
  • Enhance PropertyMe's Employer Value Proposition to support talent attraction and retention
  • Act as the liaison between team managers and Payroll ensuring strong collaboration and communication
  • Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees on policy and practice.
