The Client

Well established design and manufacturing company in Perth has an excellent opportunity for a talented Service Administrator with experience in the automotive, mining or trucking industry, to join their team.


Duties and responsibilities:

  • Completing supplier invoicing
  • Accounts payable duties
  • Scheduling services
  • Answering telephone calls
  • Completing safety compliance administration
  • Entering and controlling Technician timesheets
  • Assisting with payroll for approximately 50 staff
  • Supporting the Service Advisors and Workshop Manager with account issues and daytoday workload
  • Providing customer service support to the wellestablished customer base
  • Arranging training and keeping accurate records for Technicians
  • Mail management
  • Adhoc duties as required
To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Demonstrated service administration in a similar industry, automotive or trucking
  • ERP experience, and preferably with Movex along with Intermediate skills in Word and Excel
  • An understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable is desirable as well as familiarity with financial processes/accounts and purchase orders
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a positive, upbeat attitude and be proactive
  • Worldclass interpersonal skills and the ability to develop relationships with internal and external customers
You must be available to commence immediately.
