About the role
Brisbane Private Hospital is seeking a Carpark Attendant to join our Support Services Team on a Part-time basis.

In this fast paced and varied environment you will take pride in your work, have a friendly and positive work attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction.


As a Carpark Attendant your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining the operation of car park at client site;
  • Ensuring that our high customer service standards are maintained;
  • Problem resolution and reporting;
  • Ensuring the car parks are tidy and presentable;
  • Liaising closely with key internal and external stakeholders; and
  • Monitoring and reporting on car park performance

Our 181 bed private hospital is conveniently located at the top of the Wickham Terrace, Brisbane's busiest medical precinct, in the heart of the CBD.

Close to public transport with our own onsite end of trip bike facilities with nearby discounted staff parking available and a newly refurbished staff cafeteria including an outdoor dining area and access to chef prepared meals at discounted prices it's a great place to work

About you

  • Authority to Work in Australia
  • Unrestricted manual driver's license
  • Previous customer service or administration experience (desirable)
  • Previous council or commercial carpark experience (desirable)
  • Ability to communicate well with customers in person and via telephone
  • Professional presentation
  • Computer literacy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Understanding of Workplace Health & Safety
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the role
  • Flexibility in working a rotating roster including early morning, evenings
