For many of our customers and retailers, the parking experience is both the first and last during their visits to our Westfield Living Centres and as such, the role of a
Valet Attendant is critical to our success.


So, what sets a Valet Ambassador apart?

  • Willing to go above and beyond for our customers, making a difference in their Westfield Experience
  • Exuding positive energy, a cando attitude and the ability to work in a busy, fastpaced environment
  • Being empowered to rectify and resolve customer issues that may arise while on shift.
  • Providing assistance, directions and information to customers in a busy retail environment
  • Assisting in the parking of valet vehicles
  • Opening car doors and assisting guests alighting from the vehicle

Your checklist

  • Flexibility to work across a 7day week (Monday-Sunday) including Public Holidays
  • Hold a full Australian unrestricted Driver's license or an international driver's license, with experience driving a variety of cars
