Are you a skilled bookkeeper looking for a new challenge in the engineering industry? Our client is an established engineering company seeking a reliable and experienced Accounts Clerk to join their team.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports.

Key responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software Xero
  • Accounts Payable
  • Full function Accounts Receivable
  • Prepare financial reports and analyse financial data
  • Assist with monthend and yearend close processes
  • Collaborate with our accounting and engineering teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Arranging meetings and ordering supplies


To be successful for this position you will be an experienced Bookkeeper with excellent communication skills and a flexible and professional approach.

You will have excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality control
