ABOUT YOUR NEW EMPLOYER
Our client is a bespoke luxury hotel that boasts career progression throughout various departments and other boutique properties.

They are currently seeking a talented RECRUITMENT AND TRAINING MANAGER to join their successful HR Team directly reporting the Hotel Manager.


THE ROLE:

  • Focus on implementing systems and processes that will aid in the growth, development and retention of staff
  • Manage the endtoend recruitment process
  • Both proactively and reactively source talent for roles across the business
  • Coordinate employee inductions and other training
  • General recruitment tasks as needed

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to quickly develop strong, strategic, and positive working relationships across all levels and functions
  • Demonstrated ability to think outside the box, suggesting and improving processes as needed
  • Good understanding of hotel operation
  • Sound organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
