Our client came from humble beginnings to an Australian giant with stores that span across the country. This company is a leader in the Discount & Variety market with an ever-expanding portfolio of stores.

You will be supporting with the management of 10-15 staff members. Our client is looking for a customer service pro with an eye for detail. Inventory Management is a key part of daily and weekly operations. Be an ambassador for the brand and assist with recruitment in-store.

**About the company and the role**:
We need an outstanding **2IC** in Mount Barker You naturally display the key attributes of being a role model and you love doing the dirty work with Inventory Management and VM, and you will love being part of a leadership group that is dedicated to achieving in-store results Having an established history in either core / selling retail or from volume stock businesses, you will be able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

- Demonstrated VM / volume stock management abilities
