The Western Aged Care Assessment Service is seeking a motivated and team-focussed clinician with solid experience in Aged Care Assessment.

This is a temporary position that seeks to support our team to continue delivering timely Aged Care Assessments whilst long term staff take planned or unplanned leave.


About the Role:

Temporary Full-Time or Part-time, until 30th June 2023

To be Successful in this Role you
- have existing or previous experience as an Aged Care Assessor
- a current registration with AHPRA or Social Work eligibility for AASW
- are a quick learner, adaptable and can function independently
- have demonstrated ability and commitment to work as an effective member of a team
- have high level skills relevant to the assessment of elderly persons
- have above average ICT Skills
