The Western Aged Care Assessment Service (ACAS) is recruiting Aged Care Assessors to assist in the delivery of Aged Care Assessments during transition of the state-wide workforce to the Single Assessment System on 1 July 2024. Successful applicants will have assessment experience or be trained to undertake complex needs assessments for frail older Victorians requiring access to Aged Care Services.

Western ACAS comprises a highly engaged and progressive multi-disciplinary team that continuously adjusts efforts in order to ensure our clients are seen in a timely manner. **About the Role**:
Temporary Part time or Temporary Full time until 30th June 2024.

**To be Successful in this Role, you**:

- Have a current registration with AHPRA or Social Work eligibility for AASW
- Have experience working in Community Services
- Are a quick learner, adaptable and can function independently
- Have demonstrated ability and commitment to work as an effective member of a team
- Have high level skills relevant to the assessment of elderly persons
- Have above average ICT Skills
