In this critical role, you'll provide coordination assistance across a range of projects and processes within the Energy Solutions industry.

While on the job, you'll learn all about this growing industry, including power generation and _mtu_ products.


You'll be a time management pro, who is able to effectively coordinate across teams, functions and projects to ensure that customer care is of the utmost importance.

With a strong administrative background, you'll be the type of person that enjoys communicating with customers and colleagues alike to get the best results every time.


In this role you will:

  • Calculate and present product lifecycle costs for tenders and contracts
  • Provide administrative support with quotes, job orders and purchase orders to keep everything moving smoothly.
  • Coordinate logistics of project resources and assets, assist in project delivery while supporting with cost control and invoicing.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, inventory planning, procurement and delivery activities for Energy Solutions projects and products
  • Build and maintain effective internal and external working relationships, you'll be a key point of contact to our customers.

About you:

  • Ideally have a background in project coordination, with commercial experience and technical savvy
  • Possess a strong work ethic and exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Ideally have a working knowledge of the Power Generation industry with a knowledge of the _mtu_product portfolio
  • Demonstrated competence in computer skills, particularly Excel, Word & Outlook and ability to adapt to new systems
  • Highly capable in stakeholder management, teamwork and interpersonal skills
