Drakes Supermarkets Registered Training Organisation is currently seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator who will be responsible for the developing both accredited and non-accredited training and assessment resources.
Working as a part of our HR/Training team and based out of our Rochedale Head Office store in QLD, this position will be responsible for:
The delivery of national accredited training to our internal team members Undertaking assessment to ensure Nationally Accredited Training is completed in line with the Australian Quality Training Framework standards and organisational requirements Oversee our Certificate III in Retail trainees, including our school-based trainees This use and function of our learning management system (VETtrak) and training contracts/administration for government related schemesEssential Qualifications :
TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and AssessmentOR hold a diploma or higher-level qualification in adult education.
Desirable Qualifications:
SIR30216 Certificate III in Retail SIR40316 Certificate IV in Retail Management SIR50116 Diploma in Retail Leadership(Or the willingness to obtain for the right candidate)
Skills and experience:
Successful applicants will be expected to demonstrate:
Knowledge of Vocational Education and Training Legislation, Regulatory and Training Industry Standards Ability to deliver training sessions confidently and enthusiastically either via one-on-one, to large groups or virtually High level prioritisation, organisational and time management skills which results in the ability to meet deadlines Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication skills and people skills with strong internal and external customer stakeholder focus. Ability to influence others, build rapport and make positive change. Ability to cope with changing work demands and a fast-changing environment.
