Our Client is looking for a Administration and Data Services Officer to Provide a full range of administration services that support management and staff of Operational Technology (OT) in achieving their business outcomes, including a range of services that assist SCADA/IICATS systems maintenance activities.


Key challenges:

  • Ensure that OT administration is effective and aligned to Corporate and Digital processes.

Accountabilities:

  • Assess and initiate measures to provide a safe work environment
  • Provide input for the development and implementation of safe work practices to ensure the safety of self and others.
  • Contribute to meeting safety performance targets
  • Understand and connect to the Safe and Well Together vision and strategy
  • Ensure accountability for Health, Safety and Wellbeing leadership is demonstrated through personal safety action plans
  • Manage personal wellbeing and resilience during times of significant technological and process change
  • Contributes to ongoing process and system improvements to support and improve business efficiency, risk management, and personal work environment
  • Understand personal safety accountabilities and wellbeing support programs available
  • Act on all safety concerns observed

Desirable qualifications, licences, and certifications:

  • Knowledge of IICATS/SCADA equipment and spares movement process
  • Knowledge of SAP System and specifically for our client's BxP implementation of SAP
  • Experience in providing Help Desk services

Experience and skills:

  • Ability to plan, organise and prioritise a range of administration and general support activities
  • Proven commitment to safety programs
  • Ability to assess and initiate measures to provide a safe work environment
  • Knowledge of Corporate Business Information Systems
  • Ability to monitor, reconcile and report expenditure to budget performance
  • Ability to utilise Asset Management's Information Systems to report on business activities/performance.
  • Prepare purchase requisitions, raise purchase orders, process payments
  • Carry out administrative and general support activities.
  • Carry out secretarial/personal assistant activities to support manager(s).
  • Utilise Corporate Business Information Systems (financial, procurement, human resource, records management, etc) to support the business.
  • Monitor, reconcile and report expenditure to budget performance and provide support in the budgeting processes.
