This company has cooked up this new role as they require a Logistics and Transport Manager who has a strong understanding of transport and distribution, a knowledge of food transportation is an added bonus.

Coordinating and managing the team of drivers, you will ensure the smooth and timely operations of all freight and distribution matters along the Eastern Seaboard.


It will require you to be organised, efficient and solution driven with an ability to work autonomously, as well as within a team environment.

Strong communication skills both written and verbal will help you to build a rapport with your team of drivers, customer service and management team.

Your ability to provide quality outcomes in a busy, fast paced environment will be tested as will your flexibility and patience to navigate your way through deliveries in a timely manner using latest Geo tracking equipment to get deliveries started and finished on time.

You will be comfortable with juggling a number of different tasks, providing back up to your team when needed.

Never a dull moment, you'll stay motivated and engaged in the varying workloads with a high volume of deliveries and distribution.


Ideally, but not essential, you will come from a foodie background, or have a keen interest on how the industry works.

Having a sound understanding of warehouse operations, logistics and transport, people management and a technical aptitude will be a huge tick.

Either way, if you have a strong work ethic and organisational skills, you'll go far here and enjoy watching the fruits of your labour come to life
