Do you know how to write ad copy and create visuals that capture interest and convert into a lead?

  • We're looking to add to our Paid Ads Marketing Team We're seeking someone who is eager to learn and has experience in running Meta Lead Generation Ads to join our work family_

_ This role is focused on building lead generation campaigns & optimising ad performance for clients all across the world._

Your core responsibilities:

  • Preparing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ad creative, including copy, images, and short videos.
  • Building Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ad campaigns to meet the client's goals, there's no one size fits all approach.
  • Managing and optimising Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ad campaign set up, including pixel setup, audience management, split testing, etc
  • Creating/updating/optimising landing pages for lead generation, bookings & purchases for increased conversions.
  • Tracking and managing client budgets for multiple clients consecutively
  • Creating visuals and templates
  • Working with your team and collaborating on ideas, promotions and workflow support
  • Communicating with your clients and supporting your team

Skills we look out for with experienced recruits:

  • Meta Ads Manager experience
  • Experience with lead generation Meta Ad campaigns
  • Interpreting Meta Ad metrics, Analytics, and data
  • Setting up and troubleshooting Meta Pixels, Conversion Events, Domain Verification, etc
  • Copywriting skills
  • Ability to spot problem areas in a campaign and troubleshoot to optimise
  • Ability to work with deadlines and deal with client demands
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organisational, time management, problemsolving, and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to scope, plan and complete tasks both autonomously and collaboratively
  • Ability to selflearn when and if required with updated or new platforms, and integrations on the go, along with a drive for education and learning new & best practice information
  • You take pride in the campaigns you build and the results you deliver, always striving to increase ROI and overall profitability
  • Accountable for jobs, actions, and even errors that may have happened in the process

Our agency is based in Pymble (North of Sydney), and we currently have a dedicated team who are eager to learn, grow, and excel in their roles.

_This role is an on-site role and we do not offer work-from-home as an alternative as we do heavily rely on team involvement._ We have a local train station and bus stops within walking distance along with on-site car parking.
