YOUR OPPORTUNITY


Due to exciting growth in the business, we are looking for an enthusiastic
Storeperson to join our high performing warehouse team based in
Newcastle to provide an exceptional level of service to all customers.


Your key responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Picking, packing and despatch of customer orders (freight management)
  • Receive incoming goods from suppliers and customers and check for damage and discrepancies resolving any issues against invoices and/or other documentation
  • Conducting sorting, loading and unloading of vehicles
  • Assisting with telephone sales, counter sales and other aspect of the branch
  • Maximising customer service levels
  • General Housekeeping duties

What you will need to succeed:

  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) including liaising with Suppliers
  • Dedicated, reliable, and committed with a strong work ethic;
  • A high attention to detail;
  • Customer first focused.
  • Intermediate computer and Microsoft office skills, understanding of Dynamics 365 highly regarded
  • Forklift license
