The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic individual to be the driving force behind providing top quality service. With plenty of support and training, this role will see you utilise your ability to work in a team.

As a Leasing Consultant, your specific duties will include:

  • Conducting open homes via private appointments and open homes
  • Handle Ingoing & Outgoing Inspections
  • Application process including reference checks
  • Routine inspections & Saturday work
  • Ad hoc Administration
  • A current Certificate of Registration, own car and driver's license
  • Excellent computer skills and strong communication (both written and verbal)
  • A self starter and office motivator
  • Highly organized
  • The ability to think outside the square
