If you are a young and ambitious candidate looking for a great entry-level role with on-the-job training, this is an excellent opportunity for you. You will have the chance to work with a fantastic Director and Property Management department, and be mentored by an amazing Property Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conducting and running open homes
* Liaising with tenants
* Processing rental applications
* Ingoings and outgoings - providing support to the property management team
* Diary management
* Preparing properties for online advertising
* Preparing leases and lease packs
* Ad hoc administration duties

Requirements:

* All training provided (minimal real estate experience is advantageous)
* A car, driver's license, and certificate of registration
* Exceptional organizational and time management skills
* A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
* The ability to provide a high level of service
* Proficient knowledge and understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act 2010
