In this Role, you'll get to

  • Provide operational support for local BD team/hotel partners
  • Support the BD team to investigate and troubleshoot issues based on internal and external data.
  • Support the country leader and BD team in data analyzing of different projects and KPI factors.
  • Setup and maintain the relevant partnership guidelines and optimize process to improve the operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with Market Director to develop business plans and share insight for exploring new business opportunity.
  • Ensure constant communication and collaboration between BD team and crossfunctional stakeholders. Responsible for the local BD team training.

What you'll Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Minimum 5 years of OTA or hospitality industry experience is preferred
  • Strong communication skills and data analyzing, experience of being proactive, making constructive suggestions to BD leader and team.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and effectively communicate complex topics across different stakeholders. Solid planning / organizational skills, with ability to multitask and manage simultaneous deadline.
