The Role


The purpose of this role is to assist the Deployment team in delivering Site Acquisition, Planning & Design (SAED) outcomes, construction and build activities of all charging network rollouts, to ensure project timeframes and budgets are maintained and delivered.


Reporting to the Head of Deployment, you will:

  • Assist in the coordination of work with project managers to ensure delivery priorities are met.
  • Ensure delivery plans, schedules, timelines, and milestones are monitored and updated using appropriate tools.
  • Manage equipment ordering with specific suppliers to ensure delivery of equipment occurs when required and meets project timelines.
  • Manage specific issues and risks as directed, including advising the delivery team of any issues and risks associated with specific projects.
  • Assist Operations and Maintenance Manager with coordinating fault response to ensure network owners and customers are notified of issues.
  • Assist Operations and Maintenance Manager with coordinating parts management and replenishment.
  • Monitor and report on Deployment Team business KPI's for all projects and safety to highlight any deficiencies or failings.

Requirements to be successful:

  • Experienced project coordinator background in similar field i.e. Telco, Power or similar
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Strong IT skills, i.e. prior experience using project management tools, finance systems and the standard Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to adapt quickly to a fast paced business operating methodology.
  • Hybrid role based in Sydney
