About You You're a talented leader in an agency environment with significant experience creating cross-channel media strategies for clients.

You're just as comfortable presenting these strategies to clients as you are working in-platform or with your team to drive excellent outcomes.

You have extensive experience in Programmatic.

You understand the landscape and platforms, can talk strategy, are comfortable with the tools and genuinely enjoy growing the skills of others.

The successful candidate will also have an in-depth understanding of either the Search or Social ad space (both would be great, but one is completely fine).

We're looking for someone who can add value from a strategic as well as a practical perspective in generating value for clients and colleagues in these areas.

To recap, if you're the right person, you'll be highly experienced in Programmatic and one of either Search or Social Ads.

You'll have spent plenty of time working in an agency and you'll have managed a team and enjoyed the experience.

Finally, you'll be the sort of person who still enjoys rolling up their sleeves and getting into the various platforms to figure out the best way to drive valuable outcomes.

About The Opportunity This is a rare opportunity to join Rocket in a senior role.

Here's what your day-to-day would look like: Leading our existing team of 8 genuinely talented Search, Social & Programmatic specialists.

Reporting directly to our Director of Digital.

Spending a good portion of your time adding value to prospective, existing and new clients through diagnosis, strategy, recommendations, and expectations management.

The rest of your time would be spent mentoring, supporting and growing your team and providing your expertise and insights into our new business efforts.
