They lead, overseen by and in close liaison with the Heads of Middle and Senior School, the design and implementation of the student wellbeing agenda for students in Years - 12, including the Wellbeing, Engagement and Belonging (WEB) curriculum.

Working collaboratively with the Heads of School, Heads of House, Student and Careers Counsellor, Head of Flexible Learning and VET Pathways, School Chaplain, Mentors and teachers, they are responsible for mapping anddesigning a developmentally appropriate, evidence-based and bespoke wellbeing curriculum for students in the Middle and Senior Schools.

At the heart of this role is understanding the fundamental importance of wellbeing insupporting each Walford student to flourish and achieve her best, in a way that is best suited to her.

This role is aligned closely with the School's Strategic Plan, which includes the objectives to: Big Hearts _Nurture the physical, emotional, relational and spiritual wellbeing of all in our community.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Wellbeing Learning and Teaching Demonstrate the highest level of professional practice by remaining abreast of current educational researchand innovation in the space of student wellbeing.202- Work collaboratively with Heads of Junior, Middle and Senior School, and curriculum leaders (6-12), to leada vision for wellbeing in the school which aligns with the strategic plan and is globally-minded, futures- focused, and responsive.

Map, scope and sequence a responsive, developmentallyappropriate, evidencebased and bespokewellbeing curriculum program for Middle and Senior School students, responsive to student survey data,relevant research, and current trends.

Work collaboratively with Heads of School to review and refine wellbeing policies, procedures andresources.
Consult the Middle/Senior School Student Wellbeing Committee to cocreate relevant and meaningfullearning experiences within the WEB curriculum.
Liaise with the School Chaplain to embed Anglican values and faith into the WEB curriculum.
Generate student feedback on the WEB curriculum and use this to revise and refine programs and- experiences.
Ensure that physical and digital resources for wellbeing are developed and maintained to the highest- possible standard.
Administer, analyse and report on data obtained through implementation of wellchosen wellbeing surveys.
Work with the Heads of School to initiate and lead meaningful student wellbeing initiatives and innovations.
Contribute to thought leadership around wellbeing such as through Walford news items.
Manage the WEB curriculum budget, overseen by the Heads of School.
