About the opportunity
We are actively seeking a highly ambitious, motivated sales professional to join our team.

This role will join our sales team based out of our Ocean Shores Head Office, becoming an integral part of our sales function.

Your primary focus will be to surpass both individual and team targets by proactively following up on new and existing inbound leads to generate new sales revenue for the business.

Please note this position requires flexible working hours and weekend availability.
To be successful in the role
Demonstrated and proven experience in inbound and outbound sales (B2 C)
Ability to converse comfortably with a range of customers (Residential & Commercial)
Proficient in using CRMs (ideally Keap/Infusionsoft), and confident in navigating multiple software applications
Understand how to build and maintain a pipeline and convert prospective clients, whilst being flexible and adaptive
Easily build rapport with a diverse audience, communicating with clarity, empathy and respect
Have strong multi-tasking and prioritisation skills, whilst maintaining your finesse in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented, process-driven, and task-focused with strong accountability and integrity
A natural problem-solver with an optimistic outlook and ability to think and pivot quickly on your feet
