ABOUT THE ROLE

DUTIES
As the Talent Acquisition Lead your responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Lead a team of recruiters, providing guidance, mentorship, and support, and foster a collaborative and service-oriented team culture focused on continues learning and professional development
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR professionals to provide endtoend recruitment services nationwide and offering best practice processes.
  • Uplift hiring manager capability to ensure best practice including to collaborate with the Training Team to develop and deliver hiring manager training programs and resources.
  • Lead the endtoend recruitment process for seniorlevel positions, including department heads, practice managers and secondincommand (2IC) roles.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness by utilising datadriven insights
  • Manage outsourced recruitment service providers (contractors and agencies) to ensure a high quality, value for money service
  • Contributing to SHP onboarding experience and Employee Value Proposition.

ABOUT YOU

  • Proven experience as Recruitment Lead or similar role, ideally within a fastpaced and dynamic environment
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, including the ability to demonstrate initiative, manage competing priorities, work autonomously and contribute to a team environment.
  • Ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions to attract and retain top talent
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance through the recruitment process
