Our standard working week is 30.5 hours (equivalent to 4 days per week) in return for full salary and leave benefits.


The role
You will support a small team who fill permanent and temporary vacancies for finance, HR and supply chain roles. Your new role is administrative in nature but involves lots of phone work, co-ordination of people and processes.

We are looking for an ambitious individual to learn our processes and systems, with a view to stepping up to a Recruitment Consultant role at the end of a training period.


The responsibilities
The role involves juggling lots of different tasks, each with their own deadlines

Specifically you will:
- manage incoming phone enquiries and provide first line support.
- coordinate face to face and MS Teams meetings.
- edit the company website using WebFlow.
- research and upload third party social media content, newsletters and blogs using Buffer.
- produce recruitment advertisements using Canva.
- coordinate and attend events, produce and publish invitations using MailChimp and maintain delegate spreadsheets.
- produce surveys using SurveyMonkey.
- manage hard and soft copy files using MS SharePoint.

In order to be shortlisted for this role you will:

  • be ambitious and keen to build a career in a people-oriented industry where learning and having fun is part of the job.
- have experience in an administrative role involving multi-tasking.
- be able to type at 60 wpm and be comfortable learning new software.
- be a confident communicator who likes delivering a great customer experience.
