They are manufacturers and suppliers of products into the Telecommunications and Utilities sectors occupying niche but essential parts of Australia's infrastructure - water, power, rail, communications etc.


Known for their high-quality products, they deal with clients such as Telstra, Optus and a range of infrastructure companies providing innovative solutions to their customers.


Strong growth in recent years has seen them move into larger premises with the potential for re-establishing manufacturing here in Australia.

The small team in Australia are well supported by international colleagues and facilities. The office and warehouse is based in Baulkham Hills.

The Role


Reporting to the Australian Director, you'll be a 'lead by example' person leading a small team of 3 and will be involved with all warehouse operations.

This is an integral role to the company's supply chain in Australia.

  • Your tasks and duties will include:_
  • Freight and logistics management managing all inbound/outbound deliveries and helping with loading/unloading where required (must have forklift licence)
  • Inventory management cycle counts, stocktaking etc., ensuring all data is accurately entered into the system (Oracle)
  • Reviewing warehouse layout and ensuring optimal workflow
  • Working with the Purchasing and Customer Care team and ensuring prompt communications to the customer regarding deliveries
  • Keeping the warehouse tidy with a focus on a safe environment

About You

  • For success in this role, you need:_
  • To have your Forklift licence
  • ESSENTIAL, high reach experience
  • Strong attention to detail, a handson approach sometimes you'll need to be helping with picking and packing, some basic assembly of kits etc.
  • Experience in optimising warehouse layouts and processes for efficiency with a strong eye on safety
  • A friendly and helpful attitude to your staff and your customers, good communication skills
  • To be proficient with warehouse management software
  • Oracle preferred but not essential
