Job Title: Warehouse Engineer

CEVA Logistics is seeking a skilled Warehouse Engineer to drive process improvements and efficiency across our contract logistics warehouse business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with sites to implement LEAN and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Develop and deliver project improvements, focusing on process re-engineering, efficiency gains, and operational layout changes
  • Provide guidance and support to sites to enable successful Kaizen activities, training, coaching, and data analysis
  • Develop and maintain Business Process Excellence (BPE) tools, including 5S, scheduling, performance boards, productivity reports, and utilisation reports
  • Lead operations teams to achieve and maintain target levels on our site accreditation program
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in industrial engineering, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a related role, preferably in logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, resources, or a related industry
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with process improvement tools, Kaizen, Lean, and other methodologies
  • Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions and make recommendations
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, including VLOOKUPS, pivot tables, and VBA/Macros
  • Bonus: experience with 2D drawing/design in AutoCAD or similar
