Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Lead to join our team at Randstad. As a Warehouse Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate Forklift or Other Hand Truck: Safely operate a forklift or other hand truck to move goods and materials within the warehouse.
  • Pick, Pack, and Prepare Orders: Select and pack orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all items are correctly labeled and prepared for shipment.
  • Use Wireless RF Scanning Equipment: Utilize wireless RF scanning equipment to track inventory and manage stock levels.
  • High Reach Forklift Operations: Safely operate high reach forklifts to retrieve items from high shelves.
  • General Warehouse Duties: Perform general warehouse duties, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.

Requirements:

  • Current Forklift Licence (LF): Possess a current forklift license (LF) and have previous experience operating a forklift.
  • Storeperson, Warehouse, Logistics Experience: Have previous experience in a storeperson, warehouse, or logistics role, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
  • Previous Experience Loading/Unloading Crates and Products: Have previous experience loading and unloading crates and products, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Computer Proficiency: Possess basic computer skills and be able to navigate warehouse management systems.
  • Full Australian Working Rights: Hold full Australian working rights, including citizenship or permanent residency.
