Critical to supporting this objective, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Behavioural Science Manager to join our Shared Value team based in Melbourne or Sydney.

This role is a max-term engagement ending on 30th August 2024.


As the Behavioural Science Manager, you will contribute to strategic initiatives across insurance, health, and wellbeing by imbedding behavioural science capability across AIA Australia.


To do this successfully you will:

  • Design and drive behavioural science experiments in the areas of financial decision making and health behaviour change
  • Provide behavioural science consultancy to teams across the organisation
  • Develop internal behavioural science capability through training and mentoring
  • Manage partnerships with academics, consultants and thought leaders to conduct behavioural science research


You hold a MSc qualification in behavioural science or other relevant discipline coupled with technical experience delivering behavioural science in an applied setting.


You have strong relationship management and consulting skills that allow you to successfully collaborate with internal stakeholders and academic partners.

In addition, you are a strategic thinker who can develop a plan to deliver behavioural science that creates social and commercial impact.
