About the Role
- This role holds leadership responsibilities within the Client Success function and focuses on topperforming verticals. As a manager, you will lead and mentor a team.
Your role will involve motivating and driving the team to achieve commercial targets and foster client growth, whilst collaborating with key stakeholders across the business.
Additionally, you will be accountable for managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.You will work closely with your team to identify opportunities, drive strategies across your team and the business and ensure efficient handling of operational tasks.
Furthermore, you will be the first point of escalation for your area.
In this role, your main responsibilities will include leading and coaching your team, ensuring they efficiently achieve company OKRs and maintain a strong Net Promoter Score (NPS).
Your Focus:
- Manage a team comprising of Senior Account Managers, Account Managers, Account Executives, and a Coordinator. Collaborate with team members to establish clear goals. Coach and mentor team members to achieve goals, KPI's and success within their roles and careers.
- Contribute to the success of our Retail Media proposition, Circuit by Cashrewards, by enhancing team members' understanding and proficiency in articulating its benefits to our clients. Assist in continuously improving Circuit by Cashrewards to align with our clients' objectives and requirements, ensuring its effectiveness in meeting their needs.
- Build relationships with our clients to ensure understanding of their business goals, ensure plans and proposals are aligned. Generate opportunities and broaden connections and relationships with stakeholders.
- Manage key internal and external stakeholders at all levels, ensuring smooth workflow across our partnerships with networks and clients. Work across team and departments to refine strategy and deliver on requirements.
- Take accountability for your team's KPI and relevant OKR initiatives, ensuring that the strategy is aligned with broader business goals and that the team is achieving the targets.
Your Focus:
- Advanced media sales experience, delivering business objectives. Familiarity with loyalty, retail, ecommerce, and technology spaces, along with a demonstrated history of working in any of these areas.
- Welldeveloped People Leader experience. Running the entire employee lifecycle, including mentoring and coaching a high performing team.
- Wellbuilt commercial awareness and efficient time management skills.
- Possess a solutionoriented mindset and the ability to solve client problems and navigate technical issues.
- Able to work under pressure with a positive cando attitude.
- Optimistic, selfmotivated and selfaware
- A desire to execute, drive impact, and develop within our organisation
