Role Summary:

As an Account Manager, you play a crucial role in managing client interaction and ensuring successful media campaigns. Your duties range from supervising the planning, execution, and evaluation of media activities on various channels.

Collaboration is essential as you collaborate with Account Directors and Group Account Directors to align media strategies with client business goals. Leveraging your expertise in traditional and digital media, you will develop creative, data-driven solutions customized for each client's specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client interactions and nurture relationships
  • Supervise planning, implementation, and evaluation of media campaigns
  • Coordinate with Account Directors to align strategies with client goals
  • Create innovative, data-driven solutions on offline and digital platforms
  • Handle media negotiations, planning, monitoring, and reporting
  • Establish collaborations with media partners and internal specialist teams
  • Share best practices and offer guidance to Account Executives and Coordinators
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables and communications
  • Analyze data for campaign optimization and trend identification
  • Excel in a dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines
  • Utilize technical expertise in planning and reporting technologies

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of media experience
  • Demonstrated track record in leading teams in a media agency or related field
  • Experience in offline and digital media
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and effective communicator
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in planning and reporting technologies (e.g., Roy Morgan, ASTEROID5, Fusion, ETAM, ERAM, Microsoft Office)
  • Thorough understanding of industry ad products, specifications, and formats
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
