The MacDonnell region is located in the heart of Australia. Covering 270,000sq km and with an estimated population approaching 7,000, it has a unique charm with beautiful water holes, stunning flora and fauna, red desert sands and rugged mountain ranges.

As the Essential Services Officer, you will be in charge of ensuring the smooth and uninterrupted supply of power, water, and sewerage services, while upholding compliance with regulations and standards. All necessary technical training will be offered on the job.

The ideal candidate will possess a current C Class drivers Licence, a current White Card, and a 4WD Certificate. It is preferred that candidates showcase strong communication abilities and the capacity to work autonomously. The selected candidate will also be driven to actively solve challenges in the role and possess the skills to train and support team members to enhance local service ownership.
