Blue Rock Finance is looking for someone who prides themselves on building and maintaining relationships, cemented by sound and proactive advice on all things finance.
What you'll be doing Owning the relationship with our clients and providing amazing customer service Attending client meetings with brokers and taking notes around client's situation and objectives Working with broker to understand servicing capacity for loans and the required structure for the application.
Logging and managing opportunities in Hub Spot and assigning to relevant advisor Understanding the inputs to the serviceability calculator so the information can be input correctly into My CRM and Apply Online (AOL) Building and improving relationships with clients in aligned broker's portfolio.
- Being prepared for annual audit around NCCP regulated clients and assist with any questions from the auditors.

A multi-disciplinary professional services firm that offers its clients a holistic approach to all things Accounting, Legal, Financial Planning, Personal & General Insurance, SMSF, Digital & Marketing - there is not much we can't do and it's downright exciting to be a part ofWe want to hear from people with Minimum 3-5 years' experience in mortgage lending/ broking High knowledge of settlement procedures, loan processes, and documentation.
Strong understanding of NCC legislation and disclosures required for home lending in a personal name.Proactive in managing NCC process for the portfolio and organised for annual audit.
Strong understanding of pricing process and where to lodge pricing requests.
Excellent ability to prepare pricing comparisons for refinances and new purchases.
High level of industry and product knowledge Proven experience in residential lending and ideally commercial lending also Ability to liaise directly with clients to complete fact finds and communicate with clients all the way to settlement.
