About the Position

This vacancy is for a casual role necessitating availability for 2 - 3 shifts weekly on average and extra hours during busy periods.

Join our fantastic team as an Administration Assistant where you'll take on a pivotal role in delivering exceptional administrative assistance to our consultants and management crew. We are seeking a casual addition to our team, suitable for someone adept at managing 2-3 shifts per week on average; flexibility around working days and timings is on offer.

On a day-to-day basis, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Handling phone inquiries and offering swift aid.
  • Managing referral submissions and collecting necessary details.
  • Establishing and updating client records with keen attention to detail.
  • Scheduling appointments for injured employees on behalf of consultants.
  • Handling funding requests and ensuring prompt processing.
  • Receiving and aiding with queries from external parties.
  • Assisting Consultants in report production and giving ad hoc support as needed.
  • Showcasing precise data entry and generating reports efficiently.
  • Fostering strong relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Ensuring effective communication with teammates and actively engaging within the crew.
  • Playing a part in fostering a secure and healthy work environment for everyone on site.
  • Actively embodying company values in daily tasks and relationships.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in office administration.
  • Superb customer service abilities.
  • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills.
  • A strong drive and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in effective teamwork.
  • A highly organized approach with excellent time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in advanced computer skills and Microsoft Office programs.

Desirable:

  • Understanding of OR/Workers' Compensation, OHS, and other pertinent legislation.
