The Payments Operations team provides group-wide payment related services that include facilitation of payment requests across call accounts on behalf of external clients and internal business units.

We manage the platform that enables access to the SWIFT network and provide an advisory service to businesses for use of the network.

What role will you play?


As a member of the Payments Operations team, you will be responsible for processing and approving of payment requests, ensuring they meet payment formatting and policy requirements.


You will be involved with exception management and work with internal and external stakeholders, on resolutions whilst assisting clients on payments related queries.

You will also work on investigation and resolution of cash reconciliation breaks and identify and drive process improvement opportunities.

What you offer

  • Payments and operational knowledge including knowledge of SWIFT payments formatting requirements
  • 3 years' experience in approving and effective prioritisation skills
  • Understand the importance of policies, procedures and controls and effectively operate within them and possess a strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for process improvement and operational excellence
  • Demonstrate flexibility for coverage of staff absences, shifts and public holidays as required.
