About the role


The Campus Operations Manager at EDU plays a pivotal role in leading a team of Student Experience Advisors to deliver exceptional student experiences.

This role involves managing campus operations, ensuring smooth functioning, and enhancing student engagement from orientation to graduation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support Student Experience Advisors to deliver exceptional student service.
  • Manage campus operations, including facilities, equipment, and service providers.
  • Ensure student service standards are met and report performance.
  • Organise student and staff events in collaboration with relevant teams.
  • Implement strategies to enhance student engagement and retention.
  • Manage informal complaints and continuous improvement processes.
  • Coordinate campus operations, including opening, closing, and event support.
  • Conduct performance reviews and support professional development of team members.

Education, Experience, and Skills

  • Diploma or higher preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing CRM tools,preferable (Zendesk or other)
  • 2+ years in a higher education or training organization.
  • Experience with student services for international students under regulatory frameworks.
  • Proficient in databases (e.g., CRM, Student Management Systems, PRISMS) and customer service software (e.g., Zendesk).
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Developing leadership and management skills.
  • Positive, energetic attitude and enjoys being around people.
