We are looking for a Operations Support to join our Victorian team

  • Review and analyse operations and customer feedback to identify opportunities to continually improve the
financial outcome and customer experience.

  • Support the development and implement of processes in conjunction with the Learning & Development team
  • Be the instigator and lead for key improvement projects across the sites.
  • Complete compliance checks (maintenance, safety and process) as required on sites.
  • Lead property maintenance and improvement programs.

Requirements:

  • Have had previous multisite retail management experience
  • Strong communication skills with ability to engage and build relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to influence, upskill and motivate team members to achieve set business goals.
  • Be experienced in achieving KPI's in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong understanding of Retail Store Operations
  • Ability to travel across the state/interstate as and when needed
