In this role, you'll:

You will be focusing on the coordination, monitoring and provision of customer information, security and incident response, station support and crew support to ensure timely and effective incident response across the NSW Trains rail and coach network.

The successful candidate will be an essential member of NSW TrainLink operations as this position plays a key role in supporting the Network Services Coordination Centre during significant and major incidents.

If you have a sharp analytical mind with good attention to detail and are looking for a busy hands-on role, this is for you.

You will have demonstrated abilities of working within incident reporting in a time-sensitive environment, with a particular focus on safety. You will be someone who operates at a fast pace in a dynamic environment with a hands-on approach to your stakeholder management.

You will demonstrate a high level of communication and time management skills, can produce reports with attention to detail, and be able to work autonomously You will need to have a natural flare to deal and engage with people and be open to formulating solutions to operational challenges.

This is a shift work role working a 24/7 roster, you will need to be available to work within these parameters.
