- Check in visitors using the required WTW procedures; be the first point of contact for colleagues and visitors providing a superior level of customer service
- Answering incoming calls and actioning as required
- Coordinating the onboarding and induction of new colleagues to the WTW office environment
- Supporting WTW's Occupational Health & Safety program to ensure a safe working environment
- Be actively involved with supporting a variety of global RE&WS programs and initiatives
- Arranging couriers and coordinating the distribution of incoming and outgoing mail
- Liaising with building management and other suppliers for repairs and maintenance works
- Ordering office supplies and stationery, maintaining sufficient stock levels
- Inbox management; responding and escalating enquiries as necessary
- Overseeing the daily client meeting schedule ensuring rooms are setup and ready in advance, presentable and ready for use throughout the day; report any faults and action repairs
- Providing basic troubleshooting and technical support for the audiovisual equipment in the client meeting rooms (training provided)
- Monitoring the kitchen and breakout spaces to ensure they are clean, tidy and stocked with supplies
- Assisting with other general administrative tasks as required
The Requirements
- Previous experience in an office administration/facilities/reception role
- Fast learner with ability to take initiative
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding problemsolving skills with the ability to think on your feet
- A genuine desire to be part of a successful and high performing team
- Ability to build & maintain effective relationships with internal & external stakeholders
- Strong organisation and time management skills with an ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, demonstrate flexibility and show initiative
- Strong technical skills including the ability to utilise Microsoft Office solutions (including Word, Excel and Outlook) along with an interest in learning other internal software programs
