About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Administrator to join our Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services business line. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the operations team and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our client's facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional facilities management services to ensure client satisfaction and workplace engagement
  • Conduct facilities management operations audits to identify areas for improvement
  • Coordinate office tours and introductions for new hires
  • Manage vendors and ensure timely and budget-friendly service delivery
  • Process vendor invoices and maintain accurate financial records
  • Respond to emergency situations and prepare incident reports
  • Assist with event setup and coordination as needed
  • Manage faults and queries raised through the helpdesk
  • Liaise with the landlord on premises-related matters

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Facilities, or equivalent qualification
  • Prior experience in Finance, Hospitality, Property Management, or Facilities Management
