Facilities Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Administrator to join our Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services business line. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the operations team and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our client's facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional facilities management services to ensure client satisfaction and workplace engagement
- Conduct facilities management operations audits to identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate office tours and introductions for new hires
- Manage vendors and ensure timely and budget-friendly service delivery
- Process vendor invoices and maintain accurate financial records
- Respond to emergency situations and prepare incident reports
- Assist with event setup and coordination as needed
- Manage faults and queries raised through the helpdesk
- Liaise with the landlord on premises-related matters
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Facilities, or equivalent qualification
- Prior experience in Finance, Hospitality, Property Management, or Facilities Management
