As a Psychology Administrator you will
- Manage and maintain psychological records and psychological test materials in accordance with strict policy guidelines
- Maintain and forward psychology records and documentation
- Oversee key aspects of the team's quality control processes
- General office administration tasks
- Maintain good relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
What we are looking for in a Psychology Administrator
To be successful in this role, there are a few things we are looking for:
- The ability to follow documented policy and procedure to meet quality specifications
- Experience in balancing administrative deadlines and working under pressure
- Computer literacy and experience in data entry
- The ability to work independently as well as in a small team in an open office environment
- Experience in administering a range of psychological and psychometric tests.
- Previous exposure to military and/or paramilitary organisations (e.g. ADF, Police, Customs, Corrective Services etc.)
- Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people are encouraged to apply._
