We are currently on the lookout for a dynamic and motivated Senior Associate to take on a key leadership position within our team.

As a Senior Associate, your role will encompass various responsibilities such as:

  • Delivering architectural design and documentation for complex projects, focusing particularly on Defence Projects.
  • Leading a small team through projects from start to finish, ensuring top-notch design and execution standards.
  • Providing strong leadership to team members, nurturing their development and growth.
  • Utilizing advanced technical knowledge to propose enhancements on projects.
  • Building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities.

You will need to bring in-depth knowledge of architectural principles, codes, and regulations to guarantee top-quality work and stay abreast of industry trends.

Contributing actively to the sector's growth through strategic planning, continuous improvement, and business development initiatives, thus fostering a positive studio culture and employee engagement.

Collaborating closely with senior project leaders to drive design excellence and intent.

Managing the delivery of technical and design documents.

Playing a vital role in network development, knowledge management, operational enhancement, and design review processes.

About You

We are excited to welcome applicants who meet the following criteria:

  • Proven experience in Defence projects.
  • Minimum of 6 years post-graduate experience in the field, registration is a plus.
  • Focused on design, with a keen interest in leading projects from the front.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, fostering collaboration and growth.
  • Excellent design communication skills, capable of conveying ideas effectively to various stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Revit, with 5-10 years of experience on complex architectural projects.
